Like everyone, I am always pursuing a healthy balance in my life. I have 3 children, am a single parent and have my children 24/7. No breaks, no weekends off. I work about 70 hours a week, and every.single.day I am left feeling like I didn’t fit it all in. I ask myself, “did I wash my daughter’s game jersey, did I fill out my son’s school forms, did I give myself 100% at work today”? Or then I say, “wait when did I go to the gym last, or did I even eat dinner last night”?

One day I went to grab a protein bar, the box was empty and I just about lost my marbles, I was done, anyone else feel like that?
Here’s what I did ⬇️
1. Emptied the entire freakin thing
2. Threw out everything expired &/or stale
On top shelf:
1. I put everything in front that was opened, unopened bags went behind them so when you finish the bag you move new bag up
2. Next shelf is organized by school snacks, grab and go
3. I repurposed containers I had (target/home goods) to keep like items together (protein bars)
4. I hate when my kids don’t close cereal and at $5 a box I get even more nuts, so all cereal goes in cereal containers last weeks longer
5. Spices got merried and went on my lazy Susan
6. All canned goods/dinner sides all go on tiered shelf
7. Dog food goes on floor in bins and larger odd shaped items I don’t use regularly go on floor
I already posted this over a month ago AND it still looks the same, new process is still working and mom’s happy

AhhhMAZING 🙌🏻 BLT PASTA SALAD
Save this baby ❤️
Perfect for work lunches! This is sooo good, cold or warmed up!
Here’s what you need:
➡️ 1 box Barilla Protein Bow Tie Pasta
➡️ 1 package arugula
➡️ 10 strips Turkey Bacon
➡️ 2 tablespoons avocado mayo
➡️ pepper to taste
➡️ 1/4c pesto (I make my own with basil and avocado oil so I can control the oil content, but if you are tight on time you can use any store bought one, I added. Store bought one in the clip)
➡️ 1 container tri color or cherry tomatoes
➡️ 1/2c mozzarella balls or diced up mozzarella OR any other cheese you like
Enough for 6 meals ✅
Macros for each meal:
17gP 21gC 9.3gF
1. Cook pasta
2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half
3. Cook bacon then chop up
4. Mix pesto, Mayo, pepper
5. Mix pasta, mozzarella, tomatoes
6. Add dressing
7. Add arugula and mix together

Choc chip & nutella 😱 made 2 ways SAY WHAT?
These are soooo quick and EASY
Here’s what you need:
2 logs @nestletollhouse choc chip cookie dough
1 jar of @nutella
1 package of @oreo
1 package of @reeses
Grab 2 9x9 baking pans
Spray each one with cooking spray
➡️Use 1/2 of the cookie dough in each pan
➡️Spread thin layer of Nutella in each
➡️Layer Oreos in one pan and Reese’s in another
➡️Add 1/2 of 2nd cookie dough log on top of each pan
➡️Drizzle both with Nutella
➡️Sprinkle each pan with some leftover Oreo and Reese’s so you know which is which 😜
Bake 350 for 15min and enjoy 😋
