Grocery shopping is overwhelming especially if you didn’t do the shopping for your house previously. Single dad’s grocery shopping can be a cool thing you know. You don’t have to go crazy. Start simple with this list of the basics. Try new food ideas with your kiddos. I introduce something new once a week.

The essentials to always have on hand is milk, eggs, bread, and a good amount of frozen foods, cereals, granola bars, yogurt, peanut butter. Or you can just Instacart all your groceries and have it delivered haha.
You have to keep food in your fridge. Print out this single dad’s grocery list, make copies and bring it with you every week. After a couple months you will have it down pat. You will get the lay out of your local store, what your kids like/don’t like and you will be fine.
